Randall was born and raised in Thunder Bay. After obtaining his business degree from Lakehead University, he moved to Toronto to attend law school. Upon being called to the bar, he obtained his designation as a Chartered Accountant with the Toronto firm of Price Waterhouse where he gained valuable business experience acting for many large and medium sized corporate clients. He worked for four years as a commercial banker with Bank of Montreal before returning to Thunder Bay and the practice of law.

Randall’s practice is directed primarily to servicing business clients. He acts for various lenders and commercial clients doing mortgages, power of sale work and collections. He is also responsible for family law and handling files which involve property, valuation and taxations issues.

Randall is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Thunder Bay Law Asociation, the Insititute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, the Northwestern Ontario Chartered Accountants Association of Ontario (past director) and various community organizations. He will serve as President of the Thunder Bay Law Association in 2009-2010.
